Job Requirements: Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Fine Arts At least 5 years of experience in 3D Rendering Experience in 1 or more of the following software: 3D Studio Max, Lumion, Sketch-up etc. Job Responsibilities: Provide schematic drawings and generate accurate, detailed and to scale drawings and layout plans based on Client's requirement Use a variety of drawing software programs to create designs in 2D and 3D models.
